Returns and Exchanges
Commercial Fridge and Freezer Sales Australia Pty Ltd trading as Commercial Catering & Hospitality Equipment Sales will meet all statutory and consumer rights for our customers.
Please contact us if you feel a return is needed and we will guide you through the process, issues and costs.

Original Condition
Please check your order for correctness upon delivery for correct items ordered and quantity ordered and report any discrepancies as soon as possible. If a processing error has occurred and authority to return an item has been given, the item must be returned in manufacturers original condition with all accessories it arrived with, etc. Item(s) MUST be in resaleable condition and unused. Please DO NOT write the return authorization number or addresses on the item or its packaging. This makes the item non resalable and credit will not be issued

Returns are classified into two categories. Company Error and Customer Error.

Company Error
Returns will not be accepted after 7 Days from delivery. Orders returned within 7 days will be credited 100% of the invoiced amount if the item is in complete resalable condition. You MUST wait for our return instruction (we will supply a RMA number to you) before allowing the goods to be sent back. The Customer is responsible for acceptable repackaging of all returns.

Customer Error/Cancellation
Returns cannot be accepted for special order products or products manufactured specifically for the customer order. Returns under this cause can only be accepted for standard stock items and the Customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the costs to return the goods to the source warehouse. Returns will not be accepted after 7 Days. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees and costs. Orders returned within 7 days will be credited the invoice amount LESS the original shipping costs and LESS the associated return processing fees and shipping costs, LESS a 50% re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for acceptable repackaging of all returns.

Warranty
Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details. Manufacturers typically provide us with the warranty for the equipment we supply, so we will extend this warranty directly and without alteration to our customers. Modifying firmware or the the equipment in any way not recommended by the manufacturer will void the warranty. We strongly recommend our customers do not adjust the electronics systems, etc. If you are unsure about warranty policies, please contact us prior to the purchase.
