The calculated shipping price on this store is only intended to give to the Purchaser our best estimate of the delivery to curb price. This means that we expect to be able to deliver the product to the outside of your property for this price, however variations to this price may occur.

Late Delivery
We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation and consequential loss, economic loss and loss of profits) the you may suffers or incurs as a result of late delivery and you will still need to accept the equipment even if we deliver late.

Connection to services
You must pay for your own electrical and plumbing connections, freights accommodation and the cost of any necessary alterations to its premises.

Delivery Times
Our Estimated Shipping price is based on the delivery being conducted between 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday on business days.

Delivery Location
You must provide a flat and even surface for the equipment to be off loaded from the transport vehicle (usually a truck). All deliveries will be to a kerb side or a loading dock, any other forms of delivery will incur additional charges. It is your responsibility to confirm delivery accessibility is available and that a safe delivery point is available.

Failed Delivery
If a delivery truck has to be turned around due to delivery conditions that do not facilitate the delivery, you shall be responsible for all and any additional costs for both the delivery and or any modifications to the premises to make the delivery possible. A delivery that is turned back by the customer and arranged for another day will incur the cost of the delivery again.

Delayed Delivery Requests
You must accept delivery of the equipment within a reasonable period from the date payment is made and this must be within 3 months after the equipment is ready for delivery.

Damaged Goods
Due to conditions out of our control, the equipment might arrive with some external damage, due to delivery or any other cause. You are expected to advise us via email within24 hours of delivery to (admin@cateringequipmentsales.com.au) or our Contact Us page if this occurs and we will work with you to rectify t he situation. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation and consequential loss, economic loss and loss of profits) the you may suffers or incurs as a result of this situation.

Stock Availability
Warehouse stock may vary between states and may not be in stock at all times, some warehouses may not stock certain ranges, so we cannot guarantee availability times for products in every state of Australia.

When you place an order via our web shop www.cateringequipmentsales.com.au the freight charge is calculated and added to your order online at the time of placing the order. It is shown on your order and invoice. If for any reason Commercial Catering and Hospitality Equipment Sales cannot deliver your products we offer a full refund of your payment.

All deliveries made are to street level, loading dock or kerb side only. If your delivery is required to go up stairs, in a lift or there is a special requirement involved and Commercial Catering and Hospitality Equipment Sales is not notified in advance prior to the delivery date, the delivery may be refused by the driver and you will be required to pay a fee to have the goods redelivered. There may be an extra charged for delivering were stairs are involved.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Commercial Catering & Hospitality Equipment Sales is not liable to the Purchaser for any loss or damage (including without limitation and consequential loss, economic loss and loss of profits) the Purchaser suffers or incurs as a result of late delivery by CF&FSA. The Purchaser must pay for its own electrical and plumbing connections, freights accommodation and the cost of any necessary alterations to its premises

  • 2.1. The delivery that is quoted from Commercial Catering & Hospitality Equipment Sales web shop is based on the delivery being conducted between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday on a normal business day.
  • 2.2. The location for a standard delivery must be on a flat and even surface and the unit that has been ordered must fit through the door opening and with no steps to be climbed to deliver the unit ordered.
  • 2.3. The responsibility to confirm point 2.2 is the Purchaser's. If a delivery truck has to be turned around due to 2.2 or another reason due to the Purchaser, the Purchaser will be required to pay for any additional costs for both the delivery and or any modifications to the premises to make the delivery possible.
  • 2.4. The Purchaser must accept delivery of the Equipment within a reasonable period from the date payment is made and such reasonable period shall have a maximum of 3 months after the Equipment is ready for delivery.
  • 2.5 Warehouse stock may vary between states and may not be in stock at all times, some warehouses may not stock certain products and the customer must accept that this is not the responsibility of Commercial Catering & Hospitality Equipment Sales*
